Dear associates and friends of the International Logistics Community, i’m glad to introduce the 2012 IFWLA - International Federation of Warehousing and Logistics Association - Annual Convention in Italy. It’s the time of bilateral meetings amomg member states and approaching of new reality to this fascinating science, part of the life of women and men, sometimes unconsciously.
Logistics, its rules, its dynamics, facilitate freight and goods exchange all over the world, becoming a factor of growth and development of the countries.
I ’m sure the Convention held in Rome, from may 14 to 16, hosting the worldwide actors of logistics industry, will remain etched in your mind. You will have a unique opportunity to appreciate the culture and the historical beauty of my town, Rome, as special hosts and to participate to specific working sessions where high scientific contents will be treated.
For sure, B2B meetings will not be omited. This is a rare opportunity in which italians and worldwide logistics operators could meet and confront each others and estimate commercial opportunities and offers.

Amici della Comunità Logistica Internazionale, è con vero piacere che presento l’anno di presidenza dell’Italia della Federazione Internazionale dei Magazzini e degli Operatori della Logistica IFWLA.
Un periodo di incontri bilaterali tra Paesi membri e nuove realtà che si avvicinano a questa affascinante scienza che interviene nella vita di miliardi di donne e uomini, a volte anche inconsapevolmente.
La logistica, le sue regole, le sue dinamiche facilitano lo scambio di merci in ogni angolo del Pianeta, divenendo fattore di crescita e di sviluppo.
Roma, la mia città, ospiterà dal 14 al 16 Maggio del 2012 gli attori di questa industria in un appuntamento che sono certo rimarrà impresso, per la naturale e storica bellezza di una Città che avrete la possibilità di godere come “Ospiti Speciali” e per i contenuti scientifici che saranno sviluppati nelle sessioni di studio dedicate.
